Welcome to DentalXpert ("we", "us", "our"), operated at www.dentalxpert.in. By booking a consultation or using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Service

DentalXpert provides online dental video consultations with a qualified dentist for users located in India, at a flat fee of ₹99 (Indian Rupees Ninety-Nine only) per consultation. Consultations are conducted over Google Meet at the slot time selected during booking. All timings are in Indian Standard Time (IST).

2. Nature of advice

• An online consultation is advisory guidance based on the information, history, and visuals you share. It is not a complete clinical examination and is not a substitute for in-person diagnosis or treatment where required.
• For dental or medical emergencies (severe trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling with fever, difficulty breathing or swallowing), do not book an online consultation — visit the nearest hospital or emergency dental clinic immediately.

3. Booking and payment

• Slots are reserved on successful payment of ₹99 through our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your payment instrument details.
• On successful payment you receive a Google Meet link and calendar invite at the email provided. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
• A selected slot is held for a short period during checkout. If payment is not completed within that period, the slot may become available to others.

4. Your responsibilities

• Join the consultation on time using the Meet link provided. Late arrival reduces the available consultation time.
• You confirm you are 18 years or older, or a parent/guardian consulting on behalf of a minor.
• Provide truthful health information — advice quality depends on the accuracy of what you share.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the fee paid for that consultation (₹99). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by third-party services (payment gateway, Google Meet, internet connectivity).

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
