Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every consultation costs a flat ₹99. We keep refunds simple and fair.

1. Automatic full refunds

• Slot conflict: in the rare case your payment completes but the slot was just taken by someone else, a full refund is initiated automatically and you are notified by email immediately.
• We miss the consultation: if the dentist does not join your scheduled consultation, you receive a full refund — or a free rescheduled slot if you prefer.
• Technical failure on our side: if we cannot deliver your Google Meet link for a paid booking, you receive a full refund.

2. Cancellation by you

• Cancellations requested more than 4 hours before the slot time: full refund of ₹99.
• Cancellations within 4 hours of the slot, or missing the consultation without notice: not refundable, since the slot was reserved exclusively for you. We may, at our discretion, offer one free reschedule — just ask.
• To cancel or reschedule, contact us (see Contact page) with your booking reference from the confirmation email.

3. Refund timelines

Refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of initiation, and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

4. Failed or double payments

If money was deducted but you did not receive a booking confirmation, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank/Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. If you were charged twice for one slot, contact us and the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.

5. Contact for refunds

Email us with your booking reference via the Contact page. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
